All residents of St. Matthew House must pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent as mandated by HUD Section 811 regulation.  Adjusted gross income is determined by subtracting eligible out of pocket medical expenses from gross income along with asset guidelines set in place for the HUD subsidized facility.
